1 Day Ayahuasca Experience

1. Private Transfer from Cusco | 2:00 PM–2:30 PM

Your Ayahuasca experience begins with pickup from your hotel in Cusco between approximately 2:00 PM and 2:30 PM.

You will travel by private tourist transportation to the ceremonial space. During the journey, you can ask any questions you may have before the experience and receive general information about the following stages.

2. Arrival and Welcome

Upon arrival, you will be welcomed at the retreat space and introduced to the environment where the ceremony will take place.

You will have time to settle in, become familiar with the surroundings, and prepare for the next stages of your plant medicine journey.

3. Preparation and Ceremonial Orientation

Before the Ayahuasca ceremony, the responsible team and the Shipibo tradition ceremony leader will provide general guidance about the development of the experience.

You will learn the basic guidelines to follow within the ceremonial space and have the opportunity to ask questions before the ceremony begins.

If you wish, you may also establish a personal intention for your ayahuasca journey.

The purpose of this stage is to help you understand how the ceremony will take place and what to consider while remaining in the ceremonial space.

4. Ayahuasca Ceremony

The Ayahuasca ceremony is the central part of the retreat and is guided by a Shipibo tradition ceremony leader according to traditional ceremonial practices.

The ceremony lasts approximately 4 to 5 hours, although the duration may vary depending on how the experience develops.

You will remain in the ceremonial space throughout the ceremony, with the responsible team present and available to assist when necessary.

An ayahuasca experience can be different for every person. You may experience changes in perception, emotions, thoughts, or physical sensations. For this reason, we do not guarantee a specific experience or predetermined results.

5. Support During the Ceremony

Throughout the ceremony, our responsible team remains present in the ceremonial space to accompany participants and respond to needs that may arise.

Before the ceremony begins, you will receive instructions on how to communicate any discomfort, concern, or need for assistance.

If you require support during the ceremony, you can communicate directly with the team so that the situation can be assessed and the appropriate assistance provided.

6. Closing and Overnight Rest

Once the ceremony has ended, the experience will gradually come to a close.

You will then have time to rest and recover in a calm environment. You will not return to Cusco during the night.

Instead, you will remain overnight at the retreat house and have a dedicated space to rest after the ceremony.

7. Personal Reflection and Integration

The period following the ceremony provides an opportunity for rest, personal reflection, and beginning your own process of integrating the experience.

Every ayahuasca journey is personal. Participants may process and understand what they experienced in different ways.
