What is Ayahuasca
You should know that Ayahuasca is a combination of plants, used in spiritual and healing ceremonies by a shaman, who will guide you throughout the entire process.
First, prepare yourself emotionally and mentally, as the experience with the Ayahuasca ritual can be challenging and immersive, and you will experience intense emotions during the process.
Secondly, follow the instructions of the diet provided in the recommendations section. This is very important because it will help prepare your body to enjoy the experience, mitigating possible risks when interacting with Ayahuasca.
Be ready for the purge. You may experience nausea, dizziness, sweating; although this can be uncomfortable, it is part of the experience and will help release tension and emotional blockages.
Don’t forget to wear comfortable and light clothing, as the sessions last for a long period, and it’s important to feel relaxed during the ceremony.
Lastly, this is a personal journey. Don’t compare yourself to others; the experience with Ayahuasca is unique for each of our participants. Don’t measure yourself against others; every journey is deeply personal and should be lived with respect and
The diet guide is shared before the retreat together with the preparation instructions.
