Ayahuasca is a combination of plants used in spiritual and healing ceremonies. A shaman will guide you throughout the experience. Before traveling with us:
Prepare emotionally and mentally; the experience can be challenging and immersive.
Follow the dietary guidance in the recommendations section to prepare your body before the ceremony.
Be prepared for possible purging, nausea, dizziness, or sweating.
Bring comfortable, lightweight clothing so you can remain relaxed during the ceremony.
Do not compare your experience with anyone else's; each participant's process is personal.
Two weeks before the ceremony, abstain from:
