Day 1
Day 1: Ayahuasca Retreat Full Day
4:00 pm – Pick-up from your hotel door in Cusco with private transportation.
5:00 pm – Arrival at the sacred cave and preparatory talk with the shaman: the ritual’s process and guidance to stay calm.
6:00 pm – Ayahuasca ceremony, guided by traditional songs and icaros under the shamans’ supervision.
9:00 pm – Gradual recovery of consciousness and an additional medical check-up.
10:00 pm – Healthy breakfast following the recommended diet, and return by bus to your hotel in Cusco.

First, prepare yourself emotionally and mentally, as the Ayahuasca ritual experience can be challenging and immersive. You will experience intense emotions throughout the process.
Secondly, follow the diet instructions provided in the recommendations section. This is crucial, as it will help prepare your body to fully enjoy the experience while minimizing any potential risks when interacting with Ayahuasca.
Be prepared for the purge, as you may experience nausea, dizziness, and sweating. Although this may feel uncomfortable, it is part of the experience, helping you release tension and emotional blocks.
Don’t forget to wear comfortable and light clothing, as the sessions can last for an extended period. It’s important to feel relaxed during the ceremony.
Finally, remember that this is a personal journey. Do not compare yourself to others. The Ayahuasca experience is unique for each of our participants.

Ceremony Preparation Form
To take part in the Ayahuasca retreat, we ask everyone to complete the Preliminary Screening Form. This lets the medical team and shamans verify your health history and safely authorize your participation.
