Day 1
Day 1: Ayahuasca Ceremony and Inkilltambo Trekking
7:00 am – Early pick-up from your hotel, with a stop at Cusco’s giant forest for a coca leaf offering.
8:00 am – Arrival at Huallarcocha Lagoon, where the shaman welcomes the group and asks the land for permission.
8:30 am – Trekking toward Inkilltambo, "flowering garden," an Inca huaca in the Sacsayhuamán archaeological park, spotting birds and native flora of the valley.
11:00 am – Arrival at the glamping site and lunch prepared according to the guidelines ahead of the ceremony.
1:00 pm – Ancestral stories from the shaman and an individual interview with each participant.
2:00 pm – One-hour Ayahuasca ceremony, accompanied by the shaman and support staff.
4:00 pm – Closing of the ceremony and return by private transportation to your hotel.

First, prepare yourself emotionally and mentally, as the ayahuasca ritual experience can be challenging and immersive, and you will experience intense emotions during the process.
Second, follow the dietary instructions we provide in the recommendations section. This is very important because it will help you prepare your body to enjoy the experience, mitigating potential risks when interacting with ayahuasca.
Prepare for the purge. You may experience nausea, dizziness, and sweating. Although it may be uncomfortable, this is part of the experience; you will release tension and emotional blocks.
Don't forget to wear comfortable, lightweight clothing because the sessions are long, so it's very important that you feel relaxed during the ceremony.
Finally, this is a personal matter; don't compare yourself to others; the ayahuasca experience is unique to each of our participants.

Ceremony Preparation Form
To take part in the Ayahuasca retreat, we ask everyone to complete the Preliminary Screening Form. This lets the medical team and shamans verify your health history and safely authorize your participation.
