Day 1

Day 1: Ayahuasca and Horseback Riding

8:00 am – Pick-up from your hotel in Cusco and transfer to the equestrian ranch.

8:30 am – Introduction and equipment; the horseback ride to Sacsayhuamán begins.

9:30 am – Explore Sacsayhuamán on horseback and on foot, diving into its Inca history.

11:00 am – Ride to the Temple of the Moon and the Temple of the Monkey (Kusilluchayoq), sacred Andean sites.

1:00 pm – Lunch according to the retreat’s dietary guidelines at the glamping site prepared for the ceremony.

2:30 pm – Individual interview with the shaman and a permission ceremony to Pachamama.

3:30 pm – One-hour Ayahuasca ceremony, accompanied throughout by the shaman.

5:00 pm – Brief medical check-up and return by private transportation to your hotel.

You should know that ayahuasca is a combination of plants used in spiritual and healing ceremonies by a shaman, who will guide you through your

First, prepare yourself emotionally and mentally, as the ayahuasca ritual experience can be challenging and immersive, and you will experience intense emotions during the process.

Second, follow the dietary instructions we provide in the recommendations section. This is very important because it will help you prepare your body to enjoy the experience, mitigating potential risks when interacting with ayahuasca.

Prepare for the purge. You may experience nausea, dizziness, and sweating. Although it may be uncomfortable, this is part of the experience; you will release tension and emotional blocks.

Don't forget to wear comfortable, lightweight clothing because the sessions are long, so it's very important that you feel relaxed during the ceremony.

Finally, this is a personal matter; don't compare yourself to others. The ayahuasca experience is unique to each of our participants.
